We operate from Tuesday to Sunday and only make on-order. We do not have a walk-in storefront. Only Delivery and Pick-up are available from our kitchen.

Delivery is available in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane. Pick-up location is our kitchen in Sindhi Society, Chembur. 

You can choose from the available Delivery/Pick-up dates and time slots on the Checkout page.

We recommend placing an order a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance as we have limited orders possible on each date and time slot.

Delivery:

1. The available delivery time slots are 11am-4pm and 4pm-9pm.
2. Delivery will be made within the chosen time slot however, we cannot guarantee a precise delivery time.
3. Make sure the provided address is accurate. The provided contact details at Checkout must be reachable during the chosen time slot.

Pick-up: 

1. The pick-up time slots are between 12pm-3pm and 4pm-7pm. 
2. Please arrive within your chosen time slot unless we have mutually rescheduled it. We may not be able to store your order after your time slot and may have to keep it out once the bakery closes. We cannot guarantee it’s condition in that case.
3. Pick-up location is in Sindhi Society, Chembur. Address and Google Maps link will be sent in the order confirmation email.
4. We recommend Pick-ups in your own car, or a cab service such as Ola or Uber. Other delivery services use scooters/bikes which may cause damage to your order. For Large orders we recommend having an additional person to hold the desserts upright in the car. 

We are closed on Mondays. If you would like to order a cake for Monday, please order it for Sunday delivery/pick-up.

While our kitchen is 100% free from dairy, eggs and all other animal products, common allergens such as cacao, soy, wheat/gluten, nuts and corn are used everyday. If you have any allergies please get in touch with us directly before placing an order.
